Which Products Can Be Replaced?

Cucumber Organics bears responsibility for any incorrect or damaged product sent to you, limited to replacement of the product. .

What Is The Replacement Procedure?

The incorrect or damaged Cucumber Organics product delivered to you must be brought to our notice within 3 days of receiving the product. The product has to be returned to us within 15 days from the day replacement eligibility agreed from Cucumber Organics.
Take a photograph of the product and email it to us at along with the details of the issue.

We will contact you with the details of the replacement process once we receive your replacement request.

What About The Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Cucumber Organics will bear the shipping charges for the replacement process.

What Are The Shipping Charges?

They depend on the location of delivery. When you place an order, the shipping charges are auto-calculated in the Cart section based on the location and pin code you provide for delivery.

Currently we ship only within India.

How Much Time Does Shipping Take?

Each product is made-to-order and therefore requires special love and attention. Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 1-3 days to dispatch your order. The estimated time of delivery will be calculated and informed to you depending on your order and location.

What Happens If There Is A Delay?

In case there is a delay from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will keep you informed. We shall, however, not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier service.
